Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
The travelsafe is well made and appears very durable.
I mainly purchased it to hold my belongings when staying in a hotel.
My only disappointment is the "TSA" lock. I won't be using it because it is too easy to get keys to open these locks.
Very heavy
I haven't used the Pacsafe yet, but I think it will work out fine. I like the size, the closure, and the cable that allows me to strap it to a secure object. I'm just a little concerned that the lock will hold up as it had to be replaced when it first arrived. Customer Service was helpful and prompt, so kudos to them.
I have one Travelsafe Portable Pacsafe that was 25 years old and it finally needed to be retired. The material on it decayed inside the bag. I like the portability of the Pacsafe and how you can discretely hide it in your hotel room. I hope my new Pacsafe lasts me another 25 years! Great product!
I wish the numbers dials had white numbers on a black background, as the black numbers on silver background are very hard to read, especially in darker situations.
