Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

Unfortunately we have to return the item do to it being too large for our travels. We loved it but the size was not correct.
The Pacsafe PCI's are an excellent way to travel with your camera equipment in the Pacsafe Venturesafe X40 backpack and quite possibly other bags. There is very thick padding throughout the PCI, so you know your expensive camera equipment is well protected.
I only one small warning to other potential purchasers of this PCI unit -- the foam sheet on the opening panel is NOT removable as pictured on the product page and in the promotional video for the Venturesafe X40 backpack. This doesn't really affect the use of the PCI since the foam sheet in the opening panel is thin enough so that the panel can fold under while inserting into the X40 backpack.
I have not tried the PCI in any other packs, but I see it as an excellent alternative to F-Stop ICUs or for carrying camera equipment in panel-loading packs.
