I already own a Pacsafe backpack and love it!
So I bought this crossbody recently and.....I love it! The design and the quality, along with the anti-theft features, make this crossbody the best you can buy.
This has been a perfect find. Multiple pockets, padded pocket in the back for kindle, phone, ipad mini. The security features i don't generally use day to day, but in certain situations, I've used them and they're great. Of course, I haven't been able to use for travel yet, but I can see it being a perfect day bag (in addition to a small back pack for things like jacket, lunch etc).
I use it as a crossbody bag, leaving my hands free for grocery shopping, carrying multiple shopping bags, riding a bike, carrying my laptop bag in one hand and coffee in the other. Strap is really adjustable and doesn't cut into my neck. The internal wires make the strap stiff at first, but it softens up somewhat. I'm 155cm, and the slide buckle on the strap does not hit at an awkward/painful location when adjusted (I've returned other really functional pacsafe bags that were great in all ways, but for this reason alone, I just couldn't comfortably use).
I manage to fit my wallet, jabra ear buds, keys, passport, phone, charger cables, meds/makeup, a 375ml Yeti growler, sanitiser, work pass, tape measure, pens, now book, glasses, hair clip, sunnies, lip balm, kindle, mask, bag, and a Uniqlo Airism hoodie! I usually don't pack all that in, and that's jammed pretty tight, but if I need to I can, I have, and the zips and seams have coped, no problems. Putting weightier stuff at the bottom, it behaves and stands up pretty well on a chair or the counter without falling over. And I love the grab handle…
I recently purchased this item here in the Philippines. It's simple in appearance but what attracted me are its awesome security features. This bag has likewise plenty of pockets where I can organize my things.
This is my 3rd or 4th pacsafe bag. I like them very much and this one is also excellent. This configuration is very handy. I like the security features although every time you improve them it takes me a little time to get used to them.
This Metrosafe X is my 4th PacSafe purchase. 11yrs ago I purchased the PacSafe Backpack for my first trip to Bhutan & I loved it so that I purchased another as a gift along with a medium purse to use everyday. This Metrosafe X bag is the perfect size for everyday carry during travels or not. The strap is long enough to carry as crossbody or as a shoulder bag. There’s also a short handle for use as a hand carrry or to possibly attach to another bag. I’m 5ft tall & finally there is a crossbody strap that adjusts to my upper thigh straps on other crossbody bags when fully shortened are still too long. I purchased the carbon color which is a dark gray. This bag is large enough for a tablet, small camera, cell phone, water bottle, & other travel necessities for carryon or while touring around. The bag & interwoven safety features are very lightweight when empty which is very important if you have shoulder issues. This bag has instantly become my favorite travel bag. It’s a great bag for men too. I hope to see more colors such as red, purple or a print in the future
