Nice looking, bit heavy and dificult to access things

It's a nice looking backpack. The design is unassuming and "urban" so it doesn't stick out. However, because of the security features, it is a bit heavy. Also, it's difficult to reach things in the bottom of the bag because it doesn't open all of the way. The zippers on the sides do not open completely, so it requires taking out your laptop/etc if you need to access larger items on the bottom of the main component.
