Returns

Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

I have 3 of these in various sizes. I used the largest one as a mini backpack/suitcase when I travelled on the weekends in Ireland. Took all the essentials in micro form, Tshirt and undies. No one knew I was a tourist - no backpack or rolling suitcase give away. Made it uber easy to get on/off transportation. Used a foldable bag that stays attached to it for purchases. Still use it. 5 years later. See zero signs if wear and tear.
Sadly they are not making the bigger version of this . The one that holds a water bottle. I used my old one to death for years and wanted to get the same type in this being one of my favorite colors. The bigger one just said "Out of stock" forever -- then it vanished off the site sadly. This bag is nice if you don't need the water bottle side.
I love the sling and safety locks
PRO: Great bag for me. Use it everyday & to travel to abroad. Enough pockets & all types of pockets. Easy to clean. SECURE locks - unlike a similar brand I have.
CON: Strap END POINT does not stay SECURELY in place ( I will end up sewing it in place ) My older bag/ same model has an extra piece of hardware which makes all the difference. I would like the option of an open outside pocket for short term placement of cellphone.

Regarding the strap, we understand how important it is to keep it securely in place. To help with this, we recommend sliding the buckle closer to the stopper on the strap. This adjustment should help hold the end firmly and prevent it from flapping around.
