Product the same quality I have come to expect from Pacsafe. However I cannot give a comprehensive review of how the backpack fared on holiday , which iwas the purpose of the purchase, because the holiday was cancelled.
This bag is great for travelling. The customer service was great, the delivery was fast. I highly recommend!
I love how it can fit all my essential things! I use mine for work and I love it! Perfect fit too!
This bag is stylish and also very handy for daily travel. With different compartments inside, I could store small items, such as keyholder, cardholder and can easily locate them within the bag.
I also like all the security feathers which give me confidence to walk around town
I have been looking forever for a backpack that had security features without being a massive laptop bag. I wanted something that was small enough for every day, but had a little bit of extra space for day trips to fit things like sunglasses case, my iPad, that kind of thing.
The mobile phone pocket on the back is great and I love the fact that I can lock the main compartment to an extent so when I'm somewhere more crowded I don't have to worry about someone grabbing stuff from inside there.
The only two things that could have been better are:
1. The straps are a bit long. I'm quite short (160cm/5'3"), so even at the shortest setting they feel a bit loose and slippy. If I could have shortened them by another inch, that would make a massive difference.
2. The zipped pocket on the inside would, for me, have been so much better if it was placed against on the front of the bag rather than the back. If I'm carrying something like a tablet or a small laptop, it is much more comfortable if they rest against a flat back of the bag.
Other than that, really pleased with it.
