I ordered 2 and received 1. No instructions to personalize the lock. Reached out to the company multiple times and no response. Can only email, no customer service phone number to be found anywhere. Currently in dispute through payment processor. I’ve ordered multiple items and thought highly of them but this is leaving a sour taste.
