Pacsafe® ECO 25L anti-theft backpack

I am overall very satisfied with this backpack. The build quality, materials, and carrying comfort are excellent. In particular, I appreciate the well-thought-out security concept, which gives me a strong sense of confidence regarding the safety of my belongings.

One aspect I do question, however, is the durability of the Econyl/nylon buckles. While they appear solid, I wonder how resistant they truly are under deliberate force. A more robust solution in this area might further enhance the overall security perception.

That said, my overall impression remains clearly positive.

Used for a trip to NYC during a very busy Xmas period. Having walked through the crowds, I felt the bag was much more secure than others wearing normal in-secure backpacks and felt less worried that anyone thinking of stealing anything would take from someone else.

The bag is a right fiddle to close, but easier to open. I would prefer the bag to be the opposite - easy to close, but more fiddly to open, given that its main purpose.

The volume is great, having packed a lot of shopping into it as well as winter essentials.

The little zipped pouches inside were great for smaller things such as wipes, money, etc.

Wearing all day was great but felt you had to clip the chest piece together to get the best out of the comfort. The back pads are thick so provided a bit of air circulation. I can’t comment wearing in warm weather.

The water bladder feature was great and easy to install my bladder. There is the hole at the top and a Velcro strap inside to keep it vertical.

Bought in black friday sales. Good value , keeps valuables safe & seci8re. I would have liked the zips that have the opener on to secure them to a loop, but this does seem secure - not yet used it. PLan to use it in italy next year.

Bought for recent trip to Rome. Really good size, very comfortable and I really like the colour. Good overall quality although the plastic clip snapped on first attempted use. Found the locking mechanisms to be a bit fiddly but certainly felt safe. In all honesty, I’m not sure it’s worth the price.

I remember just asking from the support of Pacsafe if there is a bag for the beach before many years. They understood immediately the value and they even got it bigger than 18l! 25 litres is the ideal size! It’s great wherever you go on the beach! And you feel that you don’t have to worry all the time looking into your open bags for any incident! Pacsafe keep on your great work! Also if someone said that this is expensive just take a minute to think about how much your phone and wallet costs (along with all the information you may loose that you have inside your phone)
