If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Pacsafe.com
Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter chose and she has excellent taste.
If it’s everything I need for traveling.
I purchased this for a trip to New Orleans as I knew I would be walking around for several hours with it before I could check into my accommodations. This was great on the airplane, airport, and walking around New Orleans. I love the bucket style opening (first time with that type of opening on a backpack). The pockets, organization, and security features were great without it looking like it was an anti theft bag. I got the black with the gold features. I also got the PacSafe Anti Theft Square crossbody bag and loved that just was much. I have the smaller 8L PacSafe CX anti theft and that will be great for an upcoming trip as a daily to Scotland/Ireland.
The design and quality are beautiful. I just wish there’s a slight bigger version either as 20L or 24L available for international travel. A little small for long haul flights! Sure I could purchase the other models but they’re not as pretty as this one.
I love the size, the high quality material ana the fact that it is not super heavy. I’m very happy that I bought it instead of a TUMI bag.
