Very useful , hard to get into , light weight to carry and seems likely to last a long time .
Bought because it complied with Airline carryon dimensions . Also had space inside for the items I did not wish to be separated from ( prescription medical , laptop , electrical gear to charge ; phone , laptop , camera and hearing aids . Not really used out on the street as i struggle carrying any sort of weight .
I love this back pack. It was called something else originally, city backpack ? I love everything about it. I use it everyday for work and when I travel. After 5 plus years it still looks like new. I just wish it was a little larger. But otherwise the best backpack ever!
The bag is very nice. I am frantically looking for a backpack that meets the personal item requirements on Swiss airlines. 15.7”x11.8”x5.9”. This looked perfect on the website because I wouldn’t pack it full. When I received it I measured to be sure. The width is 13” because of the rigid metal opening where the zipper is. Also, even packing it lightly, it would be very difficult to get it down to 5.9” I really wish it would work because it has some great safety features!

The published dimensions for this bag are 15.4" (H) × 10.6" (W) × 6.3" (D). Based on the photo you shared, the depth appears to be quite close to the stated specification. For the height, it looks like the tape measure may have been positioned at a slight angle, which can result in a measurement that's longer than the actual top-to-bottom height.
That said, we want to make sure our product specifications are accurate. If you find that the bag exceeds the stated 15.4" height when measuring straight from the very top to the very bottom of the bag, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could share a photo showing the full measurement. We'd be happy to review it and follow up with our product team to investigate further.

Barely fits my laptop... and if it does the length is too short so be safe enough. Generally it seems with bags theyball are a touch too small. I dont care about the price when i buy from you. Size things appropriately.
