I took this bag on several trips. I bought it not long after it was released Like in other reviews, the main compartment zipper is terrible. It does not stay in alignment, especially around the corner. Often times, I needed help. Needing 4 hands to close a zipper while shopping is not good. Everything else about this backpack was great. It held everything I needed in the plane. I just can't walk around with it. I wrote a review prior but I don't see it.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. The bag features a frame-style opening at the top, which helps keep it open while packing. However, closing the zipper can require a bit of effort and two hands. Our product team has taken this feedback seriously and is reviewing potential design improvements for future versions. We appreciate your input. It helps us make our products better.
The biggest issue are the straps! They are too thin, and the backpack hangs too low for me (reference 5'4) even though they are adjusted to the shortest length. Also, the satin material on the straps is nice, but the metal slider keeps getting loose and I have to constantly adjust them again. It's the worst part. Things I recommend they change:
1) wider shoulder straps with shorter length adjustments
2) a sturdy ladder lock buckle on the straps
This backpack has carried me through surgical residency, traveling internationally and locally, working at coffee shops etc since 2018! It is a workhorse bag for me, but I struggle to continue using it since the straps are a huge problem for me.

I looked at a few anti-theft backpacks and kept this one because it was the most comfortable. This one sits flush against my back, even when full, so the weight is distributed well on my shoulders (other brands would pull away at the top of the back, creating extra pressure on the shoulder straps). It looks lovely and clean. My only complaint about the design is that there's no key clip inside the bag. The size is great for using as a personal item on airplanes and I've had not issues fitting a 32oz Owala into the side pockets. My big issue with the bag is customer service! The zipper on my bag has teeth that persistently go out of alignment, blocking the zipper from closing. I reached out to customer service a week after the return period had closed to inquire about warranty coverage. I got an email back asking for photos and videos, which I promptly sent. Since then, no response to my three follow up emails and the phone takes me to a voicemail for a different person. For the cost of this bag, I'm very disappointed with both the quality of the zipper and the customer service from the company.
