I have one that I've used for travel. I use it crossbody where it nestles (and is hidden) under a natural female upper body protrusion. I bought this one for a younger friend. She's a size 0 or 2, so I hope it works as well for her.

This was light and comfortable to wear. The only thing was that when I wanted access to the contents, I had to go to the toilet to gain access otherwise it would have attracted attention and looked very odd
