Perfect and stylish
This is almost the perfect bag I was looking for. I cannot give it 5 stars yet because it has not been battle tested. I also wished it had key/hook loops inside every compartment. Not just the front pocket to attach keys or other items. I highly recommend this bag!!
First, it’s a Pacsafe bag, so the fabric, construction, and anti-theft is unmatched. Bar none.
But using this as a daily bag is frustrating at best. The horizontal configuration doesn’t work for anyone with a backside and more than a wallet to store. It shifts awkwardly while walking and accessing anything in the front or back quicker access pockets is so awkward. The front pocket hardly unzips and is tight just for keys and a transit card. I’ve tried to squeeze my iPhone in there, too and it’s jammed in and I have to focus and use force to pull it out.
The capacity is the same 12L as the Metrosafe LS 250–but the Metro’s vertical rectangle walked more comfortably, the front pocket opened much wider, had fabric sides that held in much more of what I need to grab, and I could tuck my work access pass and access it much smoother, on the go, from the Metro’s back pocket.
I’ve been using Pacsafe for at least a decade and I’ll use this bag to be safe, but every day I say how much I hate it when I have to get anything out of it. A quality, safe experience, but not a pleasant one.

Love this bag. Very spacious and enough compartments. Few things I would question and suggest.
1) the leather like connector to the strap doesn't seem to be fixed with any metal cables?
2) sell separate dividers for the main compartment?

Regarding the rotating buckle connection, the reinforced rubber component is not designed as a slash-resistant feature. Based on our research into theft behaviors and real-world usage patterns, this area is not typically targeted during "cut-and-run" theft attempts while the bag is being worn. For this reason, our anti-theft design focuses on the shoulder strap itself, which is generally considered the most vulnerable point. The strap is reinforced with dual wires to help deter slashing and make opportunistic theft more difficult.
As for your suggestion about dividers, we appreciate the feedback. At this time, we do not sell separate compartment dividers or inserts for our bags, but we will be sure to pass your suggestion along to our product team for consideration.
