My previous purchase had a better combination of pockets and protection zip and clips .
Style no longer stocked which is disappointing
Added a front clip to keep straps in place . Nice selection of colours .
Thank you for your feedback and for being a returning Pacsafe customer.
We're sorry to hear that this bag didn't offer the same combination of pockets and anti-theft features as your previous Pacsafe bag. We'd love to learn more about the model you were comparing it to. If you're able to share the name or a photo of your previous bag, we'd be happy to pass that information along to our product team as a reference for future product development.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and suggestions. Feedback from long-time customers like you is invaluable in helping us improve our products.
I really liked the backpack I bought. It was exactly what I wanted to be able to carry everything I need in my daily life in a comfortable, practical and safe way. Excellent purchase.
It has all the locking zips & RFID pockets for security, and fits my Microsoft Surface Pro laptop comfortably .
Having said that, the material looks & feels thinner & cheaper than my other pacSafe shoulder bags, and neither of the two side pockets accommodates a water bottle, which is disappointing.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate the locking zippers, RFID-blocking pockets, and that the bag fits your Microsoft Surface Pro comfortably.
Regarding the material, it is made from durable 75D recycled polyester that has been selected to provide a balance of strength, security, and reduced weight for everyday use and travel.
For the side pockets, they are designed to accommodate water bottles with a maximum diameter of approximately 2.88 inches (7.32 cm). We understand this may not fit all bottle sizes and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve future designs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
I absolutely love this bag. I will be using this as a personal item for my holidays. I will also be purchasing another one of these as well as I love Pacsafe.
Nice secure backpack. Got black. Good size for casual day trip. Carries just enough. Good size on a 5’6” guy but may look small on a bigger 6’ guy. Liked the locking strap to secure to a chair/table. Only disappointment is the spring is sticking already after a couple weeks.
