Really like the lightness of the bag (have this in black) but I don't think it's really 2.4L capacity. When held next to my Lululemon 2L waist pack, they are similar in size and capacity. If this styling was offered in 3L it would be perfect (thus why I knocked off one star). Love the discreet branding on this bag and the CX series. All your bags should have subtle branding.
This is my second bag, my first one was from 20 years ago and since the branding on that was big, I had to cover it with a decorative pin. I wanted the bag to blend in, not stick out.
This crossbody looks great and I felt secure with it. (just please redesign it a bit bigger!)

We understand your concern about the capacity. To ensure accuracy, we measure volume by filling the bag with small plastic balls and transferring them into a measuring cylinder. That said, we’ve shared your suggestion for a larger 3L version with our product team.

I bought this bag for a trip to Brazil, where I’d heard theft could be an issue, and I didn’t want to be constantly worrying while out and about.
I hesitated before buying because it was hard to gauge how much it would hold and whether it would look stylish enough for both day and evening use. When I finally ordered, I was disappointed that only the pink and green were in stock — I’d have preferred black for a smarter, more practical option. I chose the pink, but even as a fan of pink, I find this dusty, peachy shade a bit old-fashioned. Unfortunately, after my trip it’s also showing dirt on the corners that I can’t clean off, which will likely shorten its lifespan and reduce its eco appeal. I fear it will soon look too scruffy to be useful as both a day and evening bag.
That said, the bag exceeded my expectations in other ways. It’s surprisingly spacious — easily fitting my passport, phone, small suncream, and hand sanitiser. The anti-theft features take a little practice, but soon become easier, and although the plastic clasps feel slightly flimsy, they’ve held up fine so far.
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. It made me feel noticeably more at ease and confident while travelling. I just wish that Pacsafe would keep their full range of colours in stock.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the color and cleaning concerns. For spot cleaning, we recommend starting with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. If that doesn’t work, you could try applying a paste made from baking soda and water, or using a melamine sponge to gently clean the affected areas. Always test on a small area first to ensure it doesn’t affect the fabric.
