Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
Lovely carry-on suitcase that conveniently doubles as a backpack…with brill security features. Shame there wasn’t a side pouch for a water-bottle, so one star deducted.
This is a very useful backpack being light but maximum dimensions for carry on on flights with excellent safety features. My only criticism is the lack of an internal pocket to separate soiled clothing.
Have to say the security aspect is good but it needs more pockets or compartments for the size - I am quite disappointed and can't see me using it much.

The quality is great! I love the amount of room there is without it being too big for me to wear as a backpack when flying. As a petite 5’3” build, I wanted a backpack that could fit a duffle’s worth of clothes without tiring me out when maneuvering through airports. I’m excited to try this out on my next trip!
