The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns.

How to create a return ticket:
On our returns page please input the order number (in the order confirmation email) that was issued when you purchased your returning item, along with your email and click "Find Order".
Select the product and the quantity you wish to return and click "Next".
Choose a reason for return and add any additional notes that will help us understand why you need to make this return. If you needed, you are also able to upload a max of 6 images. .jpg format only please.
You will be refunded through the original payment method you used to purchase.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to look into your ticket and respond
Please follow the instruction email to return your items.
- Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside, and ship!
- Please email email@example.com with the return tracking number.
Upon confirmation of delivery we’ll refund the amount on the original form of payment. Once refunded, you will receive an email with confirmation, please allow 24-48 business hours for processing.

If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please follow the above instructions for a return and place a new order for the item you'd like to change to.
We offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
