HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACSAFE.COM ORDER
We accept returns of non-sale items purchased through Pacsafe.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase. Please return your items within 30 days of purchase; we only accept returns of unused and undamaged items. All return item needs to be in original packaging with hang tags attached as we only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items.
The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns. For all returns cost.

How to create a return ticket:
On our returns page please input the order number (in the order confirmation email) that was issued when you purchased your returning item, along with your email and click "Find Order".
Select the product and the quantity you wish to return and click "Next".
Choose a reason for return and add any additional notes that will help us understand why you need to make this return. If you needed, you are also able to upload a max of 6 images. .jpg format only please.
- You have the option to be refunded with store credit or through the original payment method you used to purchase. All refunds will go back to the purchasing card.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for us to look into your ticket and respond.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the return tracking number.
Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
Attach the return shipping label to the outside, and ship!
For domestic returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with UPS.
For international returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with DHL.
Upon confirmation of delivery we’ll refund the amount on the original form of payment. Once refunded, you will receive an email with confirmation, please allow some time for processing.
We offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
