i like the pack. it is the right size, fits my IPad with keyboard and 13" laptop in its' own sleeve, plus small items. my only complaint so far is the top handle could be a little wider and softer material. I use it for for work mainly and carry it by the handle most often.
This is the 4th one we have purchased. Giving them as gifts.

I really, really like traveling with this bag. It’s not huge and is easy to carry. I have taken my bag to Mexico five times, Aruba, Costa Rica, st. Maarten, Bermuda, Martinique, Dominica, Grenada, Dominican Republic, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. It has last very well for a long time and I’m glad to see they still sell it. I have never worried about my stuff being stolen because of the security features.
It’s just a really great, functional bag!
