Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I like that it’s compact, big enough for a wallet, phone and keys.
Bag is a good size.
I like my bag to be unobtrusive so the yellow tabs are a bit too noticeable for me.
I’d also like a separate compartment for a mobile and open.
However love the blues colour and the security of the zips is a great idea but it will be interesting to see how long they last. Strap is a good width too.
Overall a nice bad
I was heartbroken when I discovered my constant companion in trips was discontinued, and I had used my last one!! This was the smallest size I could find…and I ordered the one from Travelon and this one…unsure if I would like the replacement to be longer (this one) or wider (the Travelon). Both have their pluses, but neither is as nice as my old one. I don’t like the material, and the Velcro on the RFID pocket is strong. But feels like it will pull off, because it isn’t sewn securely in place, along with the adhesive. I also don’t like how the no-cut mesh doesn’t seem to extend to the back pocket. Makes me feel less secure. Do like the way I can fit my passport and kindle paper white in it…will just need to try a few more trips with each to pick my favorite. Sure wish they’d come back with my old one…so much nicer than a money belt for security.
I purchased the Pacsafe® GO anti-theft micro crossbody as a Christmas gift for a loved one overseas, and while the product itself is absolutely fantastic, the delivery experience was an absolute nightmare.
Let’s start with the good: the product is everything I hoped for and more. It’s high-quality, functional, and exactly what I wanted to gift. My brother was thrilled with it once it finally arrived. The design is sleek, it works perfectly, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into its creation. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the delivery disaster, this would have been the perfect gift.
However, the delivery was a whole other story. I ordered it well in advance, thinking there was plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, the product took a whopping THREE weeks to get to its destination. It was shipped internationally, but it sat in the depot for weeks (I checked the the tracking daily).
To make matters worse, the package didn’t arrive until a full WEEK after the New Year. What was meant to be a Christmas surprise turned into a belated, after-the-holidays gift, which was really disappointing, especially since I had planned everything so carefully. I can’t fault the product, but if you’re buying this as a gift with any time-sensitive expectation, be warned—your delivery could be painfully delayed.
In conclusion, I can’t recommend this product enough for its quality, but I can’t ignore how awful the shipping process was. It’s definitely a gamble if…
The mini Pacsafe bag is perfect for my purposes. The zipper locking system is secure enough to protect my valuables in the subways of Paris and New York City. It's just the right size to carry my essentials.
