Material and design are good
Design is pretty good and practical in terms of inside/outside pockets, inside usage volume, and the lock.
Other than keeping a 13" laptop inside in the main compartment, at the back there is an external compartment which can hold a 8" iPad mini nicely. Very useful and practical design.
I have the 13." It seems to have a perfect place for everything. The back zipper panel that folks seemed worried about is perfect for face mask and/or tickets. There are so many zip compartments and other compartments, everything you need to move from home office to regular office fits. I usually use a smaller slip case with a couple of pockets besides my backpack, for weekends and quickly moving around, but I've dropped that idea, now. This pack is fine. It really does not feel too lopsided in weight. I very much like the side opening and everything I have in there stays in the pockets and my RFIDsafe Blocking Tech Crossbody bag drops in when I want to have it around, too. My only regrets are that it doesn't have a chest strap, as i would use that to keep the backpack shoulder straps together when holding the side handle. I use a larger carabiner for that, which is fine. Also, the side carry grip is a little thin and could have been what was used for the top carry, but I use a luggage strap to build up that strap. Overall, this probably deserved five stars, but these little issues might move it to four stars, but maybe 4.5.
The design is fashionable and can protect your personal belongings. The size can be larger though. But overall I am satisfied with the backpack.
