EXP35
I'm not young (over 30 😉) and never had a pack this overbuilt. Yes, everything I wanted and so much more... Purchased as a "gym" bag, but will use it for travel as well: go anywhere, do anything.

I travel a bit for work and carry a laptop and other gear with me all the time at work. I’m quite security conscious and needed a pack that I can secure. Enter the EXP35. It has a laptop pocket with locking zipper, in fact all the external zippers on this pack are locking. The main body of the pack has a number of pockets and an RFID blocking pocket for added protection. There are 2 cup or water bottle holders on the sides of the pack. A top and bottom gear pocket. Some great, burly grab handles. A sleeve to attach the pack to a handle of a roller bag/suitcase. And one of the shoulder straps can be used to secure the pack to a desk or something along those lines. And it can be made small enough for carryon. I’m impressed.
Took me a little while to the opening similar to a holdall but actually works really well for me. I also find it sits at optimum place on my back which is important as I have long term spinal condition.
Although I am overall happy with this pack, I'll have to return it. It 's because of the zippers...the interlocking system is awesome and I like it very much, but since they're all metallic, they are annoyingly loud with each step/movement. My wife could hear me coming from around the corner...
This really is unfortunate, because apart from that, the exp35 would be my new go-to backpack...but this sound is just too annoying...
Bought this to replace my hard-sided carry-on suitcase. I was a bit apprehensive as the was a bit less space, but it made me pack more efficiently. I am pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to carry on my back (compared to a rolling suitcase). I’ll be using this on a Europe trip later this year.
