This bag was a gift for my friend who will soon embark on her first trip to Paris. As the pickpockets there are uncommonly talented, I bought this bag for her so she can enjoy looking at everything without fear of being robbed. It seems to be a good size for a day bag and has a lot of features for both safety and ease of organization.
I have had this Pacsafe bag along with many other Pacsafe crossbody bags for a year now. This is the one I keep going back to for comfort and convenience. I have neck and back issues. This one is the most comfortable not weighing me down. For travel, I love having the front pocket for my phone and picture taking while securing my wallet and essential in the main compartment. The strap on this one is very comfortable and doesn’t dig in to my neck area. The main compartment holds a lot. I wish I had bought it when it first came out and the all black version was available. PLEASE bring back the solid black without the gold colored bottom.
Great for carrying passports & cash etc for travelling. Didn’t care for the texture of the material it’s made from, but overall a good product.
I have MS which has meant that I recently have started to need to crutches and a mobility scooter to get around. I also travel a lot. With the crutches, I am very easy prey for pickpockets. The Pacsafe features give me the confidence that my stuff will be safe. On top of all the details listed on the website, the size is perfect for phone, wallet, passport, etc as well as a small waterbottle. The double ended main zip means it's very easy to close. The strap allows the bag to be slid over your shoulder without snagging on clothes and the large tabs on the zippers make them easy to use when my fingers are clumsy and numb. The bag opens up quite wide is it's easy to see what you have inside. It also closes pretty flat as it rarely gets in the way when I'm using my crutches. When I'm on my scooter, I rest the bag on my knees and it has yet to slide off them, even when I do a sharp turn (!)
