Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I travel frequently and I finally now have a small enough bag to fit under my jacket that is secure, carries my phone, passport and protects my credit card. So happy with the quality and attention to detail.
Respect has always been given to PacSafe for their product designs and security features. The PacSafe innovation is in a class of its own! That being said, the GO anti-theft tech crossbody received "upgrades" that are questionable to those of us who own more than one of these bags.
1. the strap has been shortened by almost 3"; therefore, on a plus size frame, it hits at a very awkward position
2. the zipper pull on the larger compartment was redesigned and now lacks the large loop for attaching to the security clip. Instead, you must struggle to clasp the zipper in the security clip.
3. the loop that holds the security clip is positioned so that it is almost impossible to loop the security clip through the holder before being attached to the zipper pull (the security clip seems too short to extend through the loop)
4. the zipper pulls are now shorter and have a fabric tab attached. But I do not want to draw attention to a security feature by having a non-matching loop showing the world how the security feature works. on my previous purchase, the zipper pull was longer and when fed though the security loop, needed no pull tab
As I said, I own two of these bags (5+ years ago and 5+ days ago) and I will be returning to the older model. Glad I had not yet given the "old" one away!

It’s great
Der Reißverschluss ist oben umlaufend, so dass der Abschluss nie richtig gut und schön ist. Zumal auch Wasser leichter eindringen könnte. Das Innenleben ist zumal so gestaltet, dass man keinen Geldbeutel mehr braucht aber auch nicht rein bekommt.
Für das Geld leider noch ausbaufähig
So delighted with this bag ! Already worn several times. Neat, unobtrusive, but holds lots of essential items!
