Four stars because initially the small plastic locking mechanism on the strap split in half right out of the package, but customer service was good and helped me find a resolution.
The bag itself is an ideal size for urban travel. It's lightweight and unobtrusive. I squeezed a passport, glasses, phone, a small card case, keys, coin purse, small bottle of Purell, mask, mints, two thin snack bars, and airpods inside. During a trip on the metro we encountered a group of pickpockets. Knowing the strap was cut-proof gave me peace of mind until we were able to move away from the group. I also appreciated the RFID feature for added security. We took two PacSafe bags on our trip and didn't lose our belongings despite being targeted.
If I could improve the design I'd change some things: It wasn't easy to properly interconnect the custom zippers and lock them to the special Roobar bar on the front, especially when I was frequently opening and closing the bag. If you find yourself at a busy market where the next stall is ten feet away it really becomes an issue. In those environments I found myself skipping the bar (and definitely the interlocking zippers) because of the hassle. Additionally, the top of the bag is somewhat stiff, making it difficult to rummage through items. I found myself wanting a second pocket on the interior to drop bills, and one on the exterior for receipts (people still handed these out where I was).
